This request must also be made through the platform and is subject to availability, as we prioritize maintaining our cleaning schedule for the convenience of all guests.
- The same applies to check-out. Please ensure you depart by 10 am, as our cleaning team will be ready promptly at that time to prepare for the next guests. If you require a late check-out, kindly request this at least 24 hours in advance through the platform and complete the necessary process within Booking.
- In the event of any damage to the property during your stay, charges can be processed through the platform. We conduct a inspection after check-out, focusing on damaged bed linens, towels, furniture, and other significant items not covered in the reservation fee.
