Located on the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1 - 2 Avenue. The neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well known restaurants, cinemas, super markets, comedy clubs and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and the Guggenheim Museum are near by. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

What you see on the pictures is what you get
The place is comfortable and well designed, the kitchen is fully equipped and that's just great. Also its close to the suway and buses and central park

The place was clean, cozy, and so pretty we stayed for over 2 months and it was perfect, close to Central Park where I went to run every Sunday, 4 minute walking distance to the Suway lines. And Sublet4U team is awesome always there to answer questions.

We went to New York to travel and found this place. It was clean and quiet. The beds were so comfywe had a great time. TV/Wifi is a plus
