What we do at COVID-19 time:


- Wear protective equipment at all times;

- Sweep all hard surface floors and vacuum carpeting;

- The total number of people should also not be greater than the maximum number of people allowed to congregate in the listing;

- As part of our COVID-19 safety practices, guests and hosts are required to wear a face mask or face covering when interacting with each other;

- The guest also must wear a mask in common areas at all times;

- The cleaners spray a chemical disinfectant on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs;

- Clean each area by removing dust and debris;

- Reset the room for the next guest and restock our supplies;

- Wait at least 3 hours, or as long as possible after the guest leaves before entering the listing;

- Ventilate the space for as long as possible;

- Auto check in with door code;

- Maintenance by phone or text message;
