The floor in the living room is brand new, and wooded. From the sleeper sofa you can watch the new 55" flat screen TV. There is also a CD player.

There is a formal dining area that seats 6 plus a further 4 bar stools by the fully equipped kitchen.

A king size bed is located both downstairs and upstairs in both master bedrooms. Both masters has its private bathroom as well.
Third and fourth bedroom which are located upstairs have 2 twin beds in each room.
